In March 1996 in EL GUABO city, which is considered the heart of one of Ecuador 's richest producing banana areas, PALMAR AGROCOMERCIO CIA LTDA was formed thanks to the initiative of Mr. EUCLIDES PALACIOS, who is considered a natural born “Maestro” of banana production.
Nowadays CORPORACION PALMAR is one of most important banana growing and exporting companies in Ecuador . Last year we have reached over the mark of 100 millions boxes of bananas sold out over the world.

Being 100% Ecuadorian agricultural company, we count on well organized and coordinated network of national and foreign branches, which are at same time a full powered economical and juridical subjects.
